I just received my new KitchenAid 10-cup coffee maker last week. I was thrilled back in the spring when I found out KitchenAid was going to bring out a new line of coffee makers. All of my tabletop appliances are Empire Red KitchenAid. I use to have the 4-cup empire red KitchenAid coffee maker only because I couldn’t find the larger one in empire red. So I made do with the small 4-cup til now. I pre-ordered my new 10-cup with Amazon and it arrived just last week. I have since used it every morning.

It is programmable up to 24 hours so I can fix it at night before going to bed and when I wake up in the morning my coffee is ready. This is a great feature. It will also tell you how long it’s been since the coffee was brewed. Another thing I love is it’s 10-cup size design. Four cups was never enough for us and 12 is too much. So 10 fits us just right. We have big coffee mugs and we each get 2 full cups out of it. If you need a larger size they do offer it in a 14-cup size

It has a permanent ion-exchange Gold Tone water filter which will last the life of the maker. Has pause and pour feature which lets you pour a cup before it’s finished brewing. It has front-fill reservoir which makes filling it with water much easier than a rear fill. It also has clean Touch control pad that is sealed against spills and is easy to wipe clean.

I like the look of it, it kinda has a retro vintage kitchen look to it. It’s easy to program and easy to use. I have long loved my KitchenAid appliances and this one is no different. It is high quality and should provide years of worry free ownership. The unit measures 14 by 14 by 8-1/2 inches and carries a one-year hassle-free replacement warranty. It also come in white & black.
