Pros: it works heats well brew light comes on when done brewing
Weaknesses: lid is very hard to attach to urn even harder to remove lid handle is held on with a screw when removing handle screw unscrews you could not remove it if urn was hot
lid is very hard to get on even harder to remove, impossible to remove if hot. lid handle is held on with a screw, when trying to remove lid the screw unscrews.therefore you must try to unscrew lid with your hands if urn is hot it is not possible would not buy this item again
