I purchased the Flavia because I read so many positive things about this machine. I found the Flavia on sale at Macy’s for $49.00, they were closing our of this product. That probably should have been a clue to me that the product was not that good. They had three colors in stock, a blue that look like retro turquoise, a read and a black. I chose the black. The first disappointment was that it came with no sample packets of coffee or teas, so immediately I had to place and order. There was a large selection of coffee to choose from and we chose the Kona and the Espresso Roast. I also ordered some latte cremes, and the new Snicker flavorings. I placed my order over the internet and then had to wait for 6 days for it to arrive. When the coffee and teas came we were excited to try it out. My husband and I very particular about our coffee we want good quality we want it hot and we want if strong. We found that the coffee was awful and not at all hot enough. The coffee weak like flavored water. Neither of us could drink a full cup.I tried one of the lattees with a flavor pack and it was so sweet I could not drink it. We were very disappointed and I returned the machine to Macy’s but I was stuck with the coffee I had to order over the internet.
