This product was given to me as a gift and I absolutely love it! It works great and has never given me a minute of grief. I always have a hot cup of coffee waiting for me, even a long while after the coffee has finished brewing.

The clock/timer is a nice feature, because my coffee is ready and piping hot when I get up for work. I set it to come on about 10 minutes before I am due to get up, so I don’t have to wait.

The carafe is portable, so you can take it wherever you and your guests may be, with the confidence that you will get a hot cup of coffee down to the very last drop.

If I ever do need to get a new coffee maker, I would certainly get another one like this. Black & Decker really knows how to make good products that last.
