I bought this because my previous coffee-maker wasn’t keeping the coffee hot enough, and because I liked the versatility of it. And that proved to be true. I love the versatility of this coffee maker! I can brew up to 10 cups in the stainless steel carafe; or I can brew into two thermal mugs, or one thermal mug. I make a different amount of coffee on the weekend than I do on the weekdays. It is easy to brew a small amount if necessary. The stainless steel carafe and travel mugs keep the coffee very hot. I am surprised how the coffee stays warmer longer than with traditional coffee-makers or in any of my travel tumblers. The clock face is easy to see.

The instructions were almost too easy!

The only negatives is that it doesn’t have a stop feature to allow one to pour coffee as it is brewing, and you cannot visually tell how much is left in the pot.

This coffee-maker can be expensive if purchased at full price. To save money, I tried to purchase this from Wal-Mart on-line and that was a terrible experience and I never did receive my coffee-maker. I found it on-line through Best Buys at a very reasonable price and had it in three days.
