Don’t bother to buy this coffeemaker, it just doesn’t last and isn’t worth the money. I bought the Brewstation deluxe model ( thought it would be much better than the original) and loved it, until after about five months when mine started to leak around the bottom seam.I mopped up the mess and then I e-mailed customer service and they were great. I got a response the next day and received a new tank free of charge within a week. Back to making good coffee without the hassle of a carafe. This worked fine for about another six to seven months, then it started leaking around the pour spout gasket. First I cleaned the system again and then I changed the gasket, but it continued to leak. After several attempts at replacing the gasket, I determined the gasket can’t fit tightly so the coffee drips constantly from the spout. Believe me this creates a big mess! Apparently the tank doesn’t last as long as it should. I have given up hope for my Brewstation and bought the Cusinart Coffee-on-demand. Works great, tastes even better and best of all- no gasket to leak. It also comes with a longer warranty and you can buy an extended warranty as well.
