Christmas (Eve) finally arrived and I finally got to tear away the wrapping around my new Capresso Ultima. I was so excited I was dreaming about making espresso drinks with it Christmas morning.

I don’t know what all the fuss is about… maybe I haven’t had it long enough… but I think this is a great machine. I’ve never owned an espresso machine before… but so far I’ve been very pleased with this one.

The very first time I tried it, I had the same problem another reviewer had… No espresso was coming through. But I think that was my fault… I put in two scoops of coffee and probably pushed the lever down too hard. Since then, I haven’t had a problem… even with using two scoops… and I’ve been making espresso with this machine since the day after I first plugged it in.

If you decide to purchase this machine, make sure you do read the instructions. It’s a simple machine to operate, but if you don’t know what everything does… it could be easy to break.
