I signed up to receive this coffee maker through a marketing promotion several months ago.

I’ll start with the pros: This machine is durable. I have had other single serve coffee maker that were much more “flimsy” and have broken after a few month use. The machine is quiet and easy to use. It accepts most brands of coffee pods (these are available at any local grocery and many retail stores and are required to make a cup of coffee). It makes an excellent quality cup of coffee within just minutes.

The negatives: The machine takes a few minutes to “warm up”. Other machine I have had in the past could be turned on and I could walk away. With this maker I have to push one button to warm the machine up and a couple minutes later push another button to brew my cup of coffee. For some people this may not be an assume, but for a non-morning person like me I have many times forgotten to hit the button that second time and when I am ready to go I have to wait for my coffee. The other negative remark I have is that the coffee maker does not allow for a travel sized cup (tall) to fit under the spout. I have to brew into a regular (standard sized) coffee mug and then pour it into my travel mug to go. I would much prefer a coffee maker that accommodates my travel mugs.

Overall, I would highly recommend this coffee machine to anyone looking for a new single serve system.
