This West Bend Coffeemaker has given our office excellent service. From the beginning aroma while it is percolating to the final cup in the pot, this machine has made coffee a pleasant part of our office routine.

The coffeemaker is easy to prepare, providing you have a tall enough faucet. The large basket works as well for 30 cups as it does for 12. When used with a timer, this coffeemaker will have 30 cups of aromatic, fresh-brewed coffee waiting for you when you come through the door.

The spigot is easy to use but hard to get a large coffee cup under. Yes, I use a LARGE coffee cup. Most cups will fit under it without problems.

While it does have a "Cool-tip filter basket", the rest of the machine will be hot when you go to make that second pot of coffee. Hot enough to get a squeak out of you. Or a bellow out of a wimp. It is a problem that most coffeemakers have and this one is no worse than others. It is easy to disassemble and clean, and features a polished aluminum exterior that keeps it’s shine.

All in all, we have been extremely pleased with the West Bend Coffeemaker (58030).
